Information is critical to an alarm activation’s ability to do the job it was intended for, information drives this subscribers alarm coverage, and for it to be effective it has to be accurate.

Accuracy is needed in every facet of a subscribers alarm package, most importantly, the information in the database that dictates how the alarm will be handled.

Account information:

All information must be sent to data entry via fax or the web account information form.

  • Please type or print neatly
  • Call and confirm fax quality
  • Be sure to put your Dealer ID on the fax
  • Be sure to use a cover sheet

Our procedures have been developed to ensure that the correct information is applied to the correct account number and for quality control, please ensure that the following information is on every fax.

  • Alarm company name and dealer ID
  • Account number
  • Panel type
  • Customer name
  • Address with city, state and zip code
  • Conditions that are to be monitored with proper codes and zones.
  • Call list with passcodes (up to 12 characters)
  • Any special instructions i.e. Disabled persons, medications, pet on premises, direction, etc.
  • Permit numbers for any licensed counties.
